Bonus & More - Term & Conditions

Membership Card Terms & Conditions

The card issued in the name of the holder belongs to and remains the property of the hotel. Only the cardholder has the right to use the card, in accordance with the terms and conditions of possession and use which are in effect.
Transfer of the card as well as any form of concession of its possession and use to third parties is prohibited.
The holder acknowledges that the card is equivalent to cash, and is obliged to keep it in a safe place and in good condition.

Annual Transactions

When the cardholder reaches the target for each category, according to the card category in his possession (Blue, Silver or Gold Card) he has the option to use the BONUS amount for the corresponding categories of hotel services (Accommodation, Restaurants, Events) within the twelve month period starting from the date of his registration as a member and/or within the three operating months from the date of the achievement of the target if the twelve month period has elapsed.
Redemption of the Bonus can be carried out per category without completing the targets for all three of the Bonus & more program, under the condition that the cardholder has reached the full amount in the specific category.
The cardholder must present his card at each transaction point in the hotel so that his account can be kept up to date.
The cardholder must keep all computerized receipts from the hotel as proof of the transactions he has carried out, in case of dispute.
The cardholder does not have the option to redeem the BONUS from one category to another by transferring the amount.
Redemption of the BONUS and services strictly relates to the CLUBS of the rooms referred to on the type of card selected by the cardholder.
Redemption of the BONUS is always based on availability.

Renewal/Cancellation of Cards

Each card is valid for the current season (from the date of issue until the date the hotel closes). If the cardholder so wishes, the hotel will renew the card at his instructions with the same personal details for the next season.
The card may not be used after it has expired.

Loss of Card

The cardholder is required to take care and safekeeping of his card. In case of loss or theft, the cardholder should notify the hotel as soon as possible, so that a new card can be issued.

Annual Subscription

Under this agreement, the cardholder undertakes the obligation to pay the annual subscription for his participation, as determined by the category of the card. The annual subscription is payable immediately on completion of the annual Bonus & more program by the cardholder. In the event that holders of Silver and Gold Cards reach even one of the targets for the respective card categories, they will be exempt from payment of the annual subscription.

Contents of the Agreement

The individual terms for participation in the program are contained in the relevant leaflet issued by HELIOS SA and are available to the public through its website, as well as in the reception areas of the Helios Hotels & Resorts, and are considered an integral part of this agreement. The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally supplement or amend the terms of this agreement for good reason.
Changes will be made only after prior notification of their content to the cardholder in accordance with the contact details he has provided to the hotel.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens are exclusively competent for the resolution of any disputes which may arise between the cardholder and the hotel.
