Executive Chef Chrysanthos Manolopoulos will create a 6-course Itameshi menu, which will be paired with wines from G.D Vajra and Luigi Baudana wineries. Winemaker Francesca Vaira will join us at the event to discuss the wines and their pairing with the food.
